A new understanding of our human psyche.
|Emotional Clearing (EmC) and the term
itself where created and spread by the German psychologist and
scientist Joerg Dao in the beginning of the 90s in Germany and Europe.
But these days a lot of people advertise under the label "emotional clearing", without any link or training by Joerg Dao.
Since people liked the term emotional clearing, they mis-used it for everykind of breathing, massage, or even hypno-therapy.
But all these wrong-labelled attemps can never handle emotions and mental problems, that are described here on this page.

Psychology went into the wrong direction the moment it tried to become a science.
Take away all medical terms in psychiatry.
It might be good for biology to categorize all herbs and their
special impact on our body, to label scientific terms to distinguish them.
But when it comes to our inner aspect, we don`t need foreign words.
As soon as someone starts to call it phobia, we are seperated from the very feeling, the happening.
We are no more connected to the emotional expression, that wants to relate a situation, that someone cannot handle.
Now, if we take away all the special terms in psychology, like phobia, shizophrenia, psychosis etc. what do we get ?
First our intellect can get a bit nervous, since he no more has some tools to juggle with.
But if we live through this long enough, we will see, that we get connected to our own perception.
And this is very important. Our very own perception.
With the special terms, we were mainly guided by the perception of some authorities,
that tried to label emotional reactions with scientific terms.
Now, freed from all scientific terms, our own perception can come back and discover,
what really happens in these situations.
We can sense and feel, what the other person really is trying to relate, to express.
Don`t judge emotional expressions.
The next big point is, that we should not judge the emotional expression of other people.
This is somehow tricky.
We normally already do it, because we are not able to stand a big storm of anxiety of anger.
We will automatically have an emotional reaction inside, that tells us, not to stay in this situation any longer.
There are so many professors and teachers in psychology and psychiatry, that always try to warn students not to handle emotions.
But never has anyone understood, why they warn against the most inner experience, that we have inside.
When I am not clear with my own emotions and feelings,
than a sudden outburst of anger and aggression will make me afraid.
My inner reaction wants to run away from this situation.
I am still captured from so many situations as a child, when my father or other big persons where jelling at me.
This is the real reason, why socalled authorities are warning, not to handle emotions.
They are not free from their own anxiety, anger, sadness.
They also react emotionally. But they want to hide it.
Therefor all these medical terms.
So before you want to help others, please go and get a bunch of emotional clearing sessions yourself.
And when your are learning how to give emotional clearing sessions,
make sure, you have some friends on that course, with which you can exchange sessions freely and abundandly.
In this way, there are no more obstacles to discover and uncover all emotional reactions inside and to get clear about the real reactions, that occur very quick, nearly automatically.
Than you can understand, what really happens inside of you,
and how emotions work, without labelling them with medical terms.
As long as there was not such a simple tool available
to quickly solve all unwanted emotional reactions,
we mainly tried to understand them by thinking about them,
trying to rationalize, to explain, to find excuses, why we always reacted, like we reacted.
And all the promises, to react better or different the next time, never really were possible, because we never had any real tool, to look into the connection between emotional reaction, our bodily system and certain strange situations, that made our system click.
So this part is not the terrain of our intellect, to decide, but our emotions to flow.
But when we look into the beginning time of science, we will find the paradigma of objectivity in it.
A scientist should perveive an experiment without emotional feelings.
That may have helped to build some very good machines,
it also helped to build atom bombs.
But at the same time, we missed to understand our own emotional reactions.
